Resubmitting a Rejected Claim Reversal

You can add an intervention code to a claim reversal and attempt to resubmit the reversal. However, adding an intervention code does not guarantee the third party will accept the reversal.

1. Open the prescription in Rx Detail.
2. On the Third Party tab, press the Add button. A new row appears in the For Reversal section.
3. In the Code field, select an intervention code. The description of the code is shown in the Intervention field. You can add multiple intervention codes.

Note: To remove an intervention code, select the code and press Remove.

4. Press the Fill or Queue button. The claim reversal is sent to the third party.
